Welcome to A³ Arizona Advanced Automation, a division of Vandercook Ventures LLC (“A³,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website arizona-advanced-automation.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of A³.

2. Our Services

A³ provides business automation services including but not limited to:

  • Workflow automation design and implementation
  • Scheduling and dispatch system automation
  • Invoicing and payment automation
  • Customer communication automation
  • AI-powered tools integration
  • Website development and digital presence optimization
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements between A³ and each client.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our service tiers are:

  • Quick Win: $297 setup + $79/month
  • Growth Engine: $750 setup + $199/month
  • Full Transformation: Starting at $1,500 setup + $399/month

Payment terms:

  • Setup fees are due upon project commencement
  • Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe
  • All services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts
  • You may cancel at any time with written notice; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Lifetime Guarantee

4. Lifetime Guarantee on Builds

We stand behind every automation we build. If a system we implemented breaks due to our error or a platform change, we will fix it at no additional cost for as long as you remain an active client. This guarantee does not cover: issues caused by client modifications, third-party platform outages beyond our control, or changes to the client’s underlying business processes that require redesign.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Grant necessary access to your systems, accounts, and platforms (via SSO or delegated access)
  • Respond to reasonable requests for information and approvals in a timely manner
  • Pay invoices on time and keep payment methods current
  • Maintain ownership and active subscriptions to any third-party tools used in your automations
  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute our proprietary methodologies or custom-built systems

6. Intellectual Property

Custom automations and configurations we build for you become your property upon full payment. However, A³ retains ownership of: our proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, and reusable components. You grant A³ a limited license to use your company name and generalized case study details (with identifying information anonymized upon request) for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared during our engagement. This obligation survives termination of services. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for outages, failures, or data loss caused by third-party services (Google, Stripe, Zapier, etc.)
  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond the Lifetime Guarantee stated above

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A³ and Vandercook Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will receive documentation of your active automations and access credentials. We will remove our access to your systems within 7 business days of termination. Outstanding invoices remain due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
